We are a custom T-Shirt printing studio, specializing in producing customized promotional shirts, custom brands, family reunions, school and corporate apparel. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can very between manufactures and styles. If you have questions of how a garment may fit, please email us at BlackMangoDesignz@gmail.com
What are your payment methods?
We accept various forms of payment. You may pay Cash, American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Pay Pal, Zelle and Cash App. If you choose to pay over the phone we process all credit card info through Square which is a secure and easy payment method. We can accept payment options mentioned in person at our location. Please call in advance to make sure we're available.
Cancellation
Orders that are canceled prior to printing will be subject to a Cancelation Fee based on the total order value. Cancellations will not be accepted once shirts have been ordered and printed. Cancellation fees are 3% of the order value.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing is based on the printing method, print colors per location, the color of the garment, the style and number of print locations. A 50% deposit is required for orders over $100. Balance in full is due upon completion.
